These Terms of Service govern your use of onabox.store and purchases made from On A Box LLC (“On A Box,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from our store.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws while using our services.
2. Products
On A Box sells apparel, hats, accessories, and related merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, sizing, colors, artwork, and photographs. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, garment, printing process, or production method.
Please review product descriptions and size information before ordering.
3. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Some On A Box products are produced only after an order is placed and may be fulfilled by third-party production partners.
Because these products may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact hello@onabox.store as soon as possible.
Our production partners are part of our fulfillment process, but your purchase is from On A Box. Questions about an order, return, exchange, defect, or refund should be directed to On A Box rather than directly to a production partner.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, product availability, or product offerings at any time without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- product or production availability issues;
- unusually large or suspicious orders; or
- errors affecting an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
Some products may be made and shipped from different locations, which means items from the same order may arrive separately.
Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged items, defective products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
For size changes or changes of preference, customers may be responsible for returning merchandise to On A Box.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled products, please contact us with your order information and photos of the issue. We will work to make the order right.
Do not send merchandise directly to one of our production partners unless On A Box specifically instructs you to do so.
8. Intellectual Property
The On A Box name, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, website content, photographs, written content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to On A Box LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce or commercially use the artwork or design appearing on that product.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You may not submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content.
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content from platforms we control.
10. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party companies and services, including payment processors, ecommerce platforms, shipping carriers, production partners, analytics providers, and other service providers.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

- to violate intellectual-property rights;
- to submit false or misleading information;
